Kelly Kirk is a second-generation President of Greymark Design + Build, taking the reins from her mother in 2019. Prior to Greymark, she earned her CPA license and worked in public accounting, followed by financial management. Outside of work she spends time with her husband and two toddlers.

The story of Greymark and what it’s like when the universe has set you up for failure. This is the story of a perfect storm: taking over a business after working there one year, overwhelming grief and loss of the company’s leader (my mother) during 3rd trimester pregnancy, a traumatic birth and NICU stay, COVID, and overhauling a team, including a coup d’état.
When everything in the universe has set you up to fail, how do you overcome it? One year after our darkest point, we’re profitable, growing, with work-life balance.
