Principal, Production Manager
A longtime resident of Charlottesville Virginia and reluctant small business owner, manager, and leader. Zach came to carpentry after an education and early career in forestry and outdoor recreation management. The tangible feedback, physicality, and especially the jobsite camaraderie of working in residential construction was highly appealing. Zach’s interest in building something more than residential construction projects led him down the path to co-founding Alloy Workshop in 2007.
Learn how the discovery of a simple definition of leadership has helped Zach become a better leader. In this session, Zach will share his leadership experience and how his accidental discovery of a grassroots leadership training organization changed everything for the better.
