Rick Willet is Co-founder & President of Willet Construction, Remodeling Specialists in Lincoln NE. Rick and wife Marcia started the company in 1995 with a goal of changing the industry by providing customers with top-quality craftsmanship, service and on-time scheduling to give customers an enjoyable experience remodeling their homes. In 2016, they launched WCI Kitchen & Bath Design Center to compliment Willet Construction becoming a Design/Build Remodeling Company.
Rick graduated from Southeast Community College - Milford in 1979 with a bachelor's degree in Building Construction Technology. He has been a member of the Home Builders Association of Lincoln Remodeling Council since 1999, serving as Chairperson in 2018. Some awards received are Big50, Qualified Remodelers Top 500, GuildQuality Master award, GuildQuality Service of Excellence award.
In 2014, Rick became a member of Remodelers Advantage Roundtables to improve their processes and systems to achieve their goals of excellence. The company’s revenue has grown 50% since joining, and Rick has built life-long friendships with other Roundtables Members.

Jason Willet is the Vice President of Willet Construction, in Lincoln, NE,and is a second-generation business owner as Jason’s parents, Rick & Marcia Willet, started the company in 1995.
Born less than 2 years before his parents started Willet Construction, Jason grew up being around the business. This resulted in telling his father, “I will never come back to work in construction!” when he left for college pursuing an accounting degree. After college, getting married, and moving back to Lincoln, Jason decided to come back and work at – you guessed it – Willet Construction.
What started as just a job to pay the bills quickly turned into an interest in construction as a career. Jason is currently in year 4 of a 7-year ownership transition of Willet Construction to continue the legacy of what Rick & Marcia started.
