David’s passion for remodeling began when working with his high school shop teacher building small additions and decks over summer break and he continued working through the ranks with various construction companies from field carpenter to Production Manager.
During this journey David always thought there must be a better path for success in this career. During his role as Production Manager, he worked with local trade schools to hire entry level carpenters and developed a Ladder of Opportunity System to provide a defined, attainable path of success for his entire production staff.
