Three Production Managers from across the country from varying types of production systems will answer your questions.
One uses all Project Manager with no in house carpentry staff while the others have more hybrid systems, Project Managers, and some in house staff.
Each will start with the one thing they think is most important about what they do as part of their job that makes them successful. Then we will open the floor for questions.
