How often do you have meetings with your key employees? What information do you discuss during those meetings? Join Dave Bryan as he discusses an overview of his weekly meeting that includes Sales, Production and Management, where they review key information of every project in their system. During this meeting they create commitments and accountability around those commitments with a public tracking system.
