Growth: Increasing Volume While Maintaining Profitability
One thing that has differentiated April Bettinger’s company from many of her peers over the years has been her ability to grow a successful company while increasing both gross and net profit year over year. Planning for profit is as much mindset as it is dedication to knowing your numbers and purposefully enacting your plan. Who has a company larger than yours that you can model? What metrics are right for your company? How do I know when to add to overhead? How much money do I need to grow?
