Anthony Mathews has had a 40 year career helping business owners and employees transform companies into communities of stakeholders through the creation and maintenance of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) – many of them for construction companies. He has been a principal in several of the most respected ESOP consulting firms in the Country and has spent the last decade at the Rady School of Management at UCSD teaching future business leaders and advisors and, as he describes it, “corrupting” MBAs.
