Dolores Davis is the co-owner and GM of the Austin based firm CG&S Design-Build which specializes in quality residential architecture, construction, and interior design services.

Started by her parents Clarence and Stella Guerrero in 1957, Dolores began working for the company in 1994 ultimately working her way up to General Manager in the 2000s. In the summer of 2018, she took on majority ownership along with husband Stewart Davis, making her the president and CEO of the company.

Under the guidance of Dolores and her team, CG&S continues to be a leader in the remodeling industry and has grown into an award-winning company—both locally and nationally—with hundreds of renovation projects under its belt.
