New South Window
Prior to NewSouth Window, Earl enjoyed a very successful career at Champion Window Manufacturing, one of the country’s largest and most successful window companies. Earl’s career at Champion centered on developing and sponsoring successful sales and installation organizations in Georgia, Alabama, Maryland and Missouri. Earl was responsible for advertising, sales, installed revenue, and overall performance profitability.
Champion Atlanta, which he founded, built and managed, was consistently one of the top retail divisions in the nation. While in Atlanta, Earl served on The Board of Directors of the Atlanta Sports Council, The Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and is a founding member of the Vince Dooley Character in Sports Award for Georgia youth. After selling his interest in Champion, Earl, along with, Dan Ochstein, decided to bring Champion’s factory-direct model to Florida, one of the few states that Champion did not operate in.
Earl and Dan channeled their excitement and passion for windows and dedicated themselves to creating the Ultimate Florida Window and making it accessible to entire state. NewSouth started with two locations in 2011 and now operates in seven markets with an eighth location expected to open early 2020. NewSouth has grown from $3.9 million in sales in 2011 to an anticipated $100 million in sales in 2019 and has also been ranked the #1 Window and Door provider by top line sales in the US by Door & Window Market Magazine.
Earl is also the father of three children, Blake, Gwen and Josie, and the husband of Amy Rahn.
