Jared is the co-founder and president of Thayer Design Build, a leading home remodeling company based in Corvallis, Oregon.
Now in its 11th year, Jared joined Remodelers Advantage University in 2017 and became a Roundtables member in 2019. He leads sales and has built a strong, supportive team that drives the rest of the business forward.
In 2023, Jared was named one of Pro Remodeler’s 40 Under 40, a finalist for the Remodelers Advantage Impact Award, and a finalist for the Fred Case Remodeling Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In 2024, he was recognized as the Corvallis Chamber's Business Person of the Year.
Outside of work, Jared is a proud father of three boys and passionate about leadership, community, and building a company rooted in his values.
