The Remodelers Advantage IMPACT Award recognizes Roundtables members whose leadership, generosity, and commitment help strengthen their peers, their companies, and the remodeling industry.
The IMPACT Award celebrates the Remodelers Advantage members who embody the true spirit of Roundtables.
These are the remodelers who show up fully, share openly, challenge thoughtfully, and help others get better. Their influence reaches beyond their own companies. They make their groups stronger, their peers sharper, and the industry better.
This award is not simply about business success. It is about contribution, leadership, generosity, and the lasting impact one member can have on many others.
They lead by example in their company, in their group, and in the broader remodeling community.
They openly share experiences, lessons learned, and hard-earned insights that help others improve.
They consistently participate, contribute, and support the long-term success of their peers.
They leave people, companies, and groups stronger than they found them.
The finalists will be announced after the nomination and review process is complete.
These honorees will be selected for their leadership, generosity, and commitment to strengthening the Remodelers Advantage Roundtables community.

The IMPACT committee reviews nominations and selects 10 semi-finalists
Semi-finalists submit videos and essays. Judges select three finalists.
The winner is announced live during the Remodelers Summit.
Join remodelers from across North America for three days of strategy, connection, and celebration at the Remodelers Summit.
You’ve built a more mature business, and not every Summit session is going to hit the same way it might for someone earlier in the journey.
We get it. That’s why we created the Mentor Lounge, a private space for Mentor members to connect, network, and share ideas with members from the other Mentor groups throughout the main Summit day.
The lounge will be open Wednesday from 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Stop in between sessions, during sessions that are not the right fit, or whenever you want to have a more advanced peer conversation. You’ll also have a private lunch buffet in the lounge, along with two Mentor-exclusive sessions during the breakout blocks. Think of it as your home base for the day.
