WELCOME TO SUMMIT

This is where the week begins.

Before the sessions, speakers, and big ideas take center stage, we’re opening the Summit with an experience designed to bring everyone together.

Pick up your badge, settle in, grab a cocktail, enjoy live music, and start reconnecting with the people who make this community unlike any other.

You’ll also get to personalize your Summit lanyard with buttons that spark conversation, show off your personality, and help turn a simple badge into something a little more memorable.

It’s part registration, part welcome reception, and part “we’re officially here.”

SURPRISE MOMENTS

Keep an eye out for surprise photo ops, character-inspired moments, and a few unexpected ways to capture the start of Summit.

COCKTAILS & CONNECTION

Enjoy drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and plenty of time to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and ease into the Summit experience.

LIVE MUSIC

Settle into the evening with live music that gives registration day a little more rhythm, energy, and personality.

Make Your Badge Your Own

Your Summit badge is more than a name tag.

During the Welcome Experience, you’ll have the chance to build a personalized lanyard using buttons that reflect your personality, your sense of humor, your nostalgia, or whatever happens to catch your eye.

Some will make people laugh. Some will start conversations. Some will probably require explanation.

That’s the point.

It’s a simple, fun way to break the ice and make the start of Summit feel a little more personal.

CAPTURE THE MOMENT

The Registration Day photo booth gives you a chance to grab  fun, memorable photos with friends, teammates, sponsors, facilitators, or the remodelers you only get to see a few times a year.

And throughout the experience, don’t be surprised if a few unexpected characters or familiar faces make their way into the mix.

It’s casual. It’s quick. It’s a little ridiculous (in the best way).

And it’s the perfect way to start building the memories you’ll take home from Summit.

The Welcome Experience is designed to help you shift out of travel mode and into Summit mode.

No rushing. No formal program. No awkward hotel lobby wandering while pretending to check email.

Just great people, good food, live music, drinks, and the first chance to reconnect with the Remodelers Advantage community before the week officially takes off.

Mentor Member Experience

Mentor Lounge Access

You’ve built a more mature business, and not every Summit session is going to hit the same way it might for someone earlier in the journey. 

We get it. That’s why we created the Mentor Lounge, a private space for Mentor members to connect, network, and share ideas with members from the other Mentor groups throughout the main Summit day.

The lounge will be open Wednesday from 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Stop in between sessions, during sessions that are not the right fit, or whenever you want to have a more advanced peer conversation. You’ll also have a private lunch buffet in the lounge, along with two Mentor-exclusive sessions during the breakout blocks. Think of it as your home base for the day.
