Owner, ReVision Design + Build
Brad Little is Owner, President, and CEO of ReVision Design + Build in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he leads a team of 27 professionals completing more than 40 remodeling projects annually.
He founded the company in 2005 as a CASE franchise and successfully rebranded as ReVision Design + Build in 2021. Brad is a Past President and current Chairman of the Board of the NARI Greater Charlotte chapter where he has been an active advocate for professionalism and excellence in the remodeling industry.
He has been a member of Remodelers Advantage and the Endeavour peer group since 2022. Outside of work, Brad enjoys hiking and traveling with his partner, Chelsea, and is the proud father of two daughters, Emerson and Quinn.

Mentor Member Experience

Mentor Lounge Access

You’ve built a more mature business, and not every Summit session is going to hit the same way it might for someone earlier in the journey. 

We get it. That’s why we created the Mentor Lounge, a private space for Mentor members to connect, network, and share ideas with members from the other Mentor groups throughout the main Summit day.

The lounge will be open Tuesday from 1:00 – 4:00 PM and Wednesday from 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Stop in between sessions, during sessions that are not the right fit, or whenever you want to have a more advanced peer conversation. You’ll also have a private lunch buffet in the lounge, along with two Mentor-exclusive sessions during the breakout blocks. Think of it as your home base for the day.
