Doug joined Remodelers Advantage as Director of Consulting Services in 2017. Since that time, he has working successfully with growing businesses in the remodeling industry on such projects as:

Doug is an experienced leader, entrepreneur and small business consultant with over 25 years of success in leading organizations, starting new businesses and assisting client companies as they start-up or grow. Throughout his career Doug has served in leadership of for-profit, non-profit and government organizations. Doug specializes in assisting businesses develop plans that focus on improving their operational and financial performance and executing effective strategies to implement those plans.
A highly successful entrepreneur in his own right, Doug owned and served as President of BDG Entrepreneurial Services from 1998 through 2015 providing small business accounting, tax and consulting services to small businesses with offices in four states. Doug founded Growth Team Strategies in 2012 and continued to serve as the President of this organization, which specialized in helping small and medium-sized businesses plan and implement the strategies that lead to successful rapid growth until October, 2017.
Doug enjoys public speaking and facilitating. He also likes to spend time reading books, visiting historic places and quoting movie lines.
