A common thread of any successful endeavor is that the path is populated by failures. Whether they are failures related to people, or failures related to ideas or processes, without a willingness to potentially fail, and organization’s growth will stagnate, and possibly fail altogether.
This is not about taking reckless risks or hoping to get lucky, it is about how to have a mindset that isn’t afraid of failures, but sees them as opportunities to get better and stepping stones to greatness!
